Cost model is variable. Options include:

• On demand services. This model provides the most flexibility as we bill only for hours worked, typically at an average of 10 hours per role per week. This model also allows for non-recruiting related assignments to be undertaken in parallel with recruitment and hiring activities (ie - interview training, systems implementation, etc). 
• Weekly / Monthly retainer. This method provides dedicated support to the organization and allows for the operational flexibility associated with the on demand model above, at a discount.
  • Full and part time, weekly and monthly retainer options are available
• “Contained search” method. In this way, incentives are aligned to create a strong partnership and drive results. The total fee can be calculated as a percentage first year salary -or- defined as a flat fee per hire. An engagement fee is invoiced at launch, and a completion fee is invoiced at offer acceptance for each assigned requisition.
• Contingent search. In this traditional recruiting model, your firm only pays if and when we fill the assigned requisition. The fee is a percentage of the first year salary of the hired person.
